The diversity of clients, industries and projects. The possibility to see how large companies operate from the inside, with access to key decision-makers.

Why did I enter the profession?
I wanted a job where I could work in a dynamic environment, in which I could apply real technical expertise and quickly have managerial responsibilities.

What challenges does my work present?
Each client, each industry, each project are different and require very high adaptability and the ability to quickly understand who the key drivers are. It is also a work where I need to manage various stakeholders: the client, the partner and the team below me.

How does my work benefit the economy?
By assuring a correct financial reporting process, internal controls and financial statements of the leading organisations in Switzerland, we are creating trust with investors, employees, and generally speaking the economy.

Building trust.

What is currently important for my clients in our cooperation (keyword: coronavirus)?
In these challenging times due to the coronavirus crisis, there is more uncertainty than ever, and my clients need to know they have a partner that can support them in identifying the key areas that they need to address.

How has the industry changed? What are the challenges of the future?
Digitisation and working methods have changed, and we must embrace these changes. The biggest challenge will be to incorporate more and more proven technologies into our work and to maintain or even increase the level of quality.
